My complaint:

I called to ask a question about being charge $3.99 delivery fee when it said if I spent over 30 something dollars it wouldn’t charge me but it did and I spoke to somebody in your customer service department name, Felicia. She was very rude and I wanna file a complaint against her.

Suggested solution:

I would like you to talk to Felicia and maybe retrain her on how to speak to customers
