My complaint:

My name is Ashley Mckown my email on my account is shipleya13@gmail.com. I Placed an order on Monday October 26th for 43.54 when I placed the order I was told it would be delivered around 1215 my time kept getting pushed back messing up my schedule after chatting with your representative several times my items were delivered after 4. When I was chatting with a representative on October 26th I was told she was going to out a 50 credit on my account for my next order I asked the representative if it could be applied to my order on the 26th the representative stated yes they could do that. That never happened so I chatted with someone the next day and was told they would send it to the promo and credit department never got a email from them like promised. So I called and spoke with a representative on October 28th and was told that my credit could not be applied to my order on the 26th so I asked to speak to a manger and was told the manager would call me back in a hour well I never received a call in a hour so I called back and while I was speaking to another representative the manger called and was told in my voice-mail she could not do anything. I told the representative I wanted a credit issued to my card that was used when I placed my order on the 26th because of all my trouble and no one helping me because I do not want to order with you anymore and still no help

Suggested solution:

Give me my credit on my card
