My complaint:
My account was deactivated because of delivery complaint. I accepted a batch with three orders. I delivered to first two customers. In route to third customer I get a message that customer cancelled order because it was not delivered. I’m confused because I am 2 minutes away. I go to address knock on door and customer told me she did not call Instacart and cancel her order. I give her the groceries and leave. I was not paid for this order and my account remains deactivated even though I emailed support countless times trying to resolve. Clearly the customer has fooled Instacart and got a free order and maybe even a second order. I just want this resolved.
Suggested solution:
My account should be reactivated and Instacart should investigate if customer fooled them into getting free groceries. Clearly this could possibly be a way for may customers to get over on Instacart. I just want to be treated fairly.
