Complaint: Did not receive an item that was verify by shopper.

My complaint:

I ordered two slices of red velvet cake. My shopper by the name of Latasha said they did not have the item but then texted me that the baker sliced me the two pieces of cake. This was suppose to be served at a luncheon I was having with two family members. So when I look at my items, the two slices of cake were not with my order.

Suggested solution:

I’ve already contacted. Instacart a d they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Please have your shooters to double check their shopping to make sure that they have all items with order. This is the first time thus has happened.
