My complaint:

I placed a grocery delivery order through the Kroger app. Instacart was assigned to do the order. I specifically said on the delivery instructions to knock before placing groceries. We have been inside our home for over a week due to freezing weather and have been waiting for this grocery order because we have no food.

Suggested solution:

The driver should be fired. We depend on delivery drivers to follow instructions and deliver our food to feed our family.
