I need my account activated. Due to discrimination I was deactivated and an attorney recommended that before I file a lawsuit I should see if instacart will reactivate my account. I had documentation and a witness showing the customer was being dishonest and because I’m African American and she’s white you took her side without viewing my evidence. Discrimination is illegal. I’m taking a screenshot to show proof I made this request. Plus you still owe me money for batches I shopped that you never paid me for and you seem to have deactivated me so you can just ignore your fraud against me.
Suggested solution:
Reactivate my account and pay me for the three batches they promised to pay me for in saved emails and didn’t.
