My complaint:
I am a shopper and like most I work very hard to keep my reviews up, but that is hard when the customer said that they didn’t receive something and they did. I will report it as a fraud because I know for sure they got it. And instacart doesn’t do anything about it. I don’t even believe they read the fraud report or look into it. I feel they don’t care about thier people that are working hard for them.
Suggested solution:
I feel they should look into the froud reports and then change our points.
