My complaint:
A customer complained to Instacart that I never delivered their order when I did. I had picture proof of the delivery in front of their door and GPS location proof as well. I went to appeal it with this information, they said due to me somehow not delivering two other orders as well, they will not deactivate my account. They will not send any proof to back the claim that this order was not received. They simply will not provide me any evidence, look at my evidence, or give me my account back.
Suggested solution:
They should look into these claims and remove the customers from the app for fraud. They should also give me my account back.
