Instacart complaint: Charged on wrong card, lost access to Costco promotion

My complaint:

Instacart app somehow changed from my default card to another when Annual membership was charged. I contacted customer service who said it would be easy to correct and told me to resubscribe with my new card. When I did, I lost access to my deal as a Costco member. It was now only $99 to pay for the annual membership. Will never use this app until this is corrected, as it is more of a luxury and not a need anyway. Not worth $99 to me, barely worth $79.

Suggested solution:

Reauthorize me to have access to my $79 deal or give me a promo code to the same effect. Otherwise, my one star reviews on websites stand
