My complaint:
I am a shopper with instacart. Today on 8th December, 2023, I was completing a track of 2 orders where the order value was $368. The payout to me was just $18 even though the delivery was 12 kms away for the 2 customers. I chatted with instacart specialist saying that the order size is too big but the payout is very low so I want to cancel the batch.
He assured me to carry on with the batch and the payout will be increased. To my astonishment the final payout I received was $16.82. I again called the specialist named Jaspreet who was a complete nincompoop and said this what I will earn in this batch. Such a shameful act by instacart
