My complaint:
I used a self-service checkout at Balducci’s. The instacart shopper that used the kiosk ahead of me did not pay, just walked out. Since the transaction was not closed out, I would up paying 90$ for items I DID NOT BUY. Chase Credit card, Instacart and Balducci’s all just point fingers at each other but are not helping. I have the Instacart shoppers identifiying number and still no help.
Suggested solution:
Fire that instacart shopper and let me know who it is so I can file a criminal complaint.
