My complaint:
The person who delivered my items from Walmart arrived and when she saw me at my front door (inside), she proceeded to set my bags at the curb. When I opened the door to ask her why she was doing that and not at least putting them on the ramp, she said she was told to keep a distance and so she was setting everything at the curb. I asked her to set the stuff at the ramp and that I was inside, she said no and set everything at the curb. When I picked up my bags one disintegrated and all my heavy items fell on the ground. She drove away. ( do not have a photo, as I was too busy picking my stuff up so it wouldn’t get stolen.
Suggested solution:
Do not have that person deliver my items any more.
