Complaint: Leaking milk

My complaint:

1. Our instacart order has been late the last 3 times, at least. This is a service that we have paid for an annual membership and delivery times consistently late is not acceptable in my opinion. I understand once and awhile but everytime is false advertising.
2. Our delivery tonight was dropped off on the porch and despite instructions to ring doorbell when delivered, no ring was given. We came out to a leaking gallon of milk that had not been bagged and leaked not only on our porch but inside the house as we brought it in.

Suggested solution:

1. Return gallon of milk.
2. Up to you on how you want to handle this complaint. We’d love to renew our subscription but at this rate I do t see that happening.
