My complaint:

I had to pay for a customers items at Costco because the store wouldn’t take the digital card and I did I have the physical one on me. Instacart told me I would be reimbursed after the trip is completed and I would submit the receipts. I did this 4 times and kept getting rejected for no clear reason and the money is over 200! It’s insane! I usually have gotten reimbursed if issues have happened with them and go deny my right with no legit reason and I worked and completed and paid the store is illegal.

Suggested solution:

Paying me back what they owe me for this order!
