My complaint:

I have been waiting weeks and weeks for upper cabinets to complete my kitchen order. Now that they are in stock again Ikea will not deliver them to my location. They have or had a pickup location ion my town (Moncton, nb) but will not deliver to the drop spot either. Numerous times on the phone to Ikea Customer Service they claim they cannot find answers to what is going on.

Suggested solution:

Provide shipping for my cabinets I am waiting for. Either to my door or to a local pickup location.
