My complaint:

Was given a 2 hr slot to project a kitchen in a sml space. Alice was impatient, not clear, unprofessional, did not propose any ideas, was resistant to any input. After 1 hr and only half-way thru’, she told me it would cost approx €1700 and did I want to pay now. I politely told her that we were obviously not aligned and what about the other wall and appliances I needed? She seemed uninterested and IKEA lost a potential order as I bid good-bye and good-day. I mentioned to the floor director that I was not happy with the way the appt had gone but he did not really seem to care or offer me an alternative consultant.

Suggested solution:

Offer a virtual zoom meeting and re-do the plan with concrete solutions, offers IF possible. I have been a client for over 20 years of this branch and was always met with helpful, solution-oriented staff.
