My complaint:
I bought the kitchen in Ikea Israel – white and wood kitchen. I got the delivery and the men came to put the kitchen in at the end of February 2022 (except for 2 drawers that were missing since the order in December). They finished installing the bottom cabinets and started on the top when they realized that a bunch of integral pieces were missing (moldings around the upper cabinets in the wood color). We spoke to the Ikea customer service and they opened a file. Weeks later when no one called me after many messages were left by me – I went down to the Netanya branch and they told me that the wood color was discontinued.
I proceeded to buy white pieces that I needed and returned the wood pieces that I would no longer need. The pieces were delivered last week and I am waiting for someone to call me to schedule an appointment to finish putting the kitchen in. No one calls. Every time I call them they say that they can not put the kitchen in because the drawers are missing. I tell them that the drawers were missing from the beginning and the lower cabinets are already in without the drawers and I have all the upper cabinet pieces and I want to make an appointment to have them install the rest of the kitchen. They tell me someone will call – but no one calls. I have not had a kitchen for over a month. No one will help me. This is a disappointing disaster.
