My complaint:

I was witness and victim to the worst employment possible. For months I watched as people were belittled berated spoken to as less than and fired based on the attitude of the day. The turn over rate is like a subway turnstyle during rush hour. The blatant dis respect is utterly shameless.

I was interviewed for the Executive Housekeeping position only to be told that i dont feel comfortable hiring a man for this role would you consider Night Audit? I eventually ended up in Maintenancewhereverhelpwasneeded.

I handed my keys in today due to finally being fed up with the disrespect. Constant insinuations regarding productivity or the lack there of. As an accomplished former Site Manager of a 600,000 sq. ft. Campus. I understand the pressures of Managing a property all too very well and the driver of Holiday Inn Express North Augusta S.C. DOES NOT have the Proper Leadership. I have witnessed on two occasion how she fires people.(Screaming at the top of lungs using un savory Language) If you ask the remaining staff discretely you will learn what I am briefly describing is the tip of the iceburg.

Suggested solution:

Remove Trish Garcia from her post immediately! Or require her to go through so extensive training before continuing her reign of terror
