My complaint:
I need a receipt from a stay completed on July 24. Today is July 25. IHG sent me an email containing a link to Review my bill and checkout. When clicked, the new website says I already checked out. Well, NO I DID NOT. And I did not see my bill… anywhere. I searched the IHG website for account activitypast stays. The date of the stay is July 31, instead of July 24. It says Pending. I have to file my expense report tomorrow. Where is my receipt? I do not have this issue with Hilton. Oh… tell me I have to get the receipt from the front desk… What kind of excess checkout is that? IHG does not rn a good program. I am posting this on Complain.biz
