My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about your Hotel

The issue that I have experienced was: My family and I checked into the Holiday inn vacations desert club resort in Las Vegas 3950 Koval Ln Las Vegas NV 89109 on 33023. On 33123 we left our room at 12pm to enjoy the our vacation. We came back to the room at 2:30am on 4123 when we noticed all of our luggage, clothes, electronics and money was missing. Almost $8,000 worth of items gone. We made a complaint to the hotel and all they did is move us rooms. The cops say it will take a couple weeks to look into this. After the loss of our personal items despite the presence of security measurement within the hotel premises, security did nothing.
Our door was not opening or closing properly when we checked it. I believe this was an inside job due to maintenance fixing the door after the incident already had happened.
I know we deserve a compensation and some kind of explanation how something like this can happen with no results nor any help.

It occurred on: 2023-03-31

This meant that Our stress level was off the roof. We did not sleep due to being unsafe. Financially we were unstable due to our money being taken.

I would like to receive a refund or compensation including a huge apology.

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
