My complaint:

My name is Deepak Gangadhar,

I had made a booking on your own website for a more clear direct transaction, with ation number 23486321, from 26th May 2023 to 30th May 2023. The Price was 6596.63 AED. The ation also said clearly that the ed rate is guaranteed in the hotels base currency, Estimated Price includes Room Rate, Extra Person charges, additional charges, Total Tax and Total Charges. I was charged 10800 AED when i wanted to check in, stating that the charges paid are only an Estimate and the actual charges are 10800 AED. I was told by the manager Mr. Mac that even if i wanted to cancel my booking, 10800 AED would be charged to my card. I was held at ransom in a foreign country after a really long tiring journey. I had a packed and really tight schedule. I had no choice but to pay my ransom as i can no longer call it Room charges. I just returned an hour ago, and i would like to bring this extremely unhappy experience to notice to the people in charge and would like to request for a refund of the difference amount. When i logged in now, It says cancelled with cancellation number is 16513678. Please check who cancelled it as it was not cancelled by me. I stayed at the Hotel, same dates, same people, reached on time 3PM as per check in. Something does not seem right. Even now when i try to book it shows the original rate at which i booked for.
