My complaint:
I had been sick for almost a week and yes I gave my manager a doctor’s excuse because I had pneumonia and then I got through that and then like the week after nothing week after but two weeks after my muffler on my car and broke off so I had to call off for a few days for that because I didn’t have a ride and I called him every day to let him know that I was trying to get my car fixed and so they I come in they let me work on Sunday and Monday ,but when i came in on the 18th of this month which was Tuesday Monica had housekeeper there is there and he’s she’s in Mark’s office then like 30 minutes later I come in to ask what I’m doing today and she tells me that Martin needs to talk to me I said okay so I get in there this is all this is hard really hard but we’re going to have to let you go I said what four he said because you call off too much I said because my car broke down that’s the right to fire me because my car broke down and I was sick and then he goes well the girls don’t like the way you check rooms or don’t like it the the days that I did.so why not take that position away from me and give it to another girl then I didn’t get a warning a verbal warning I never got write up on anything, and as far as be calling off with Monica has a niece that called off way more than I ever did and Monica was just telling me that she was going to get a suspended or if she kept on she would get this suspended so she give her a verbal warning and then she said she would suspend her so how is that right I just need somebody to explain that to me because I was at I was a good worker I stayed when they needed me to stay they called me off my day off I came in I done anything that they asked me to do with that hotel I could do anything at that hotel except the front desk so that’s that’s my complaint I really believe I was treated unfairly thank you opal horn

Well it it's in the handbook you get a verbal warning did you get a write-up and then you're terminated I never gotten out of that I never had a chance they just went ahead and fired me
