My complaint:
My employer is withholding my last paycheck. I never received a uniform and they are stating I have to return my uniform for my check. I never signed documentation stating I had to pay for or return my name tag and they are claiming they are withholding my check because of this. The GM never reached out to me to tell me my check was being held because of a name tag and took it upon themselves to make my last paycheck a paper check so I would have to come back to the hotel to receive my check. I live over an hour away from the hotel and the reason I left ultimately was because I got into an accident totaling my car which left me no way to even get to Boston from Rhode Island.
Suggested solution:
Please make someone give me my check
