My complaint:
The assistant GM is very rude she is very disrespectful and non professional she treated us like we were homeless people looking for somewhere to sleep,she does not need to be working in the the hotel business,she made my kids uncomfortable and afraid to go to the pool.if I can fire her she would be gone in a second no family should be disrespected upon arrival.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone the staybridge suites in Harrisburg,PA
Suggested solution:
Fire the assistant GM before they lose their business.
