My complaint:
I booked two nights at Holiday Inn the niu in frankfurt and the first evening the water was scolding hot and in the morning. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room. The second room had no wifi and I have taken photos and videos of it. My credit card company called them for some compensation and they stated they couldnt compensate anything. I work online and had to book flights which ruined it all for me. I was unable to get my flights properly booked due to the wifi being completely down
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the inconvenience as the basic requirements of a hotel stay were not met. I was not offered anything and the hotel declined to provide any compensation.
