My complaint:

Went to reception to ask for room service menu, waited for reception staff to acknowledge me, another staff member walked in front of me and started talking to reception who had ignored me. Will ever come back? Nah.

Suggested solution:

Learn some manners. Deal with the first person to wait for your ever so important attention and recognise customers in front of your mates who are paid by the customers waiting for you to acknowledge them. Paid top dollar for this very average accommodation, will never ever come back
