My complaint:
I am booked on a Norway cruise on the 16th September and have asked Iglu for details of boarding time and dock information. They have responded by sending further booking ation and stated that I have to complete a pre sailing form with P O to get this information. If I want a paper boarding pass from Iglu they will charge me 10:00 pounds. The problem is I cannot get the info from P O as I do not have a ref number from them, and they do not recognise the Iglu one. How do I get this information from either of these companies.

By issuing me with the boarding details so that I can make the necessary arrangements with my family .
