My complaint:
When booked our cruise in Caribbean we all booked premium then after 20 mins they called back to say we have only 2 seats in premium 2 others have to go in economy then when we wanted to change to manchester cause not worth travelling to Birmingham flying economy when we can fly from manchester , we tried to call only to be told that they had to email po , but when i called po direct over another cruise we have booked to march 24 i asked about changing our flight and what iglu said and they said all they had to do was call us they didn’t do it over emails as the flight could have gone by the time they had read it , they just don’t seam interested in helping just taking our money

By calling po and changing our flights that’s all we ask
