My complaint:

I requested cabin on arcadia for a solo passenger with a mobility scooter. Cabin assigned to me was a wheelchair adapted cabin g100. On checking found that this cabin was not suitable for me. Requested to change and was told no cabins available. Have sent several emails since up to 2025 for same cruise and been told non available.

My complaint is against the person who took my booking and did’nt know the difference between a wheelchair and mobility scooter cabin. what can iglu do about it. Cruise july 20th 2023.

Suggested solution:

By booking an accessible cabin on arcadia cruise. up to 2025 of same select class and length.
