HP complaint: Delivery and Warranty computer repair

My complaint:

My computer has problem with battery for about 2 weeks ago, and apparently to me the battery neez to be changed. I contacted the hotline, but they were not useful and did not try their best to assisst me, with an ignorant and not welcomed attitude. And I had a really hard time to contact HP because I bought the computer from another country, not from where I live now. I messaged on Whatsapp and they said they would not apply warranty here because I bought it somewhere else. Then I messaged on Facebook, this time, they accepted to delivery my computer to the factory to get fixed. Another problem occured. The delivery company said they would make 3 attempts to my address to pick up the computer. The first attempt they called me but I were not able to answer. After that, I paid attention to my phone 24/7. But for 2 days, no calls came. I messaged the delivery company, they checked it and said they would definitely come tomorrow. I waited the whole day, then suddenly a message said they came 2nd time but I were not present. I was shocked because I received no calls at all. I called the delivery hotline and they apologized because some drivers don’t have phones. Then I asked so you meant I should have been standing in front of the house 24/7, waiting without knowing who is the real delivery guy. They apologized and said they would make sure the 3rd delivery attempt they will let a guy with phone to call me. Ok, fine. I ended up the call, a message said they made a 3rd delivery already. What happened, I did not know what happened at that point and freaked out, messaged the delivery company, they said the system showed that I failed to pick up all 3 times. This is totally a joke to me. HP already is unreachable, now the delivery brand cooperates with HP. I waited 2 weeks for this. I will not tolerate myself and waste my time anymore.

Suggested solution:

Use a proper delivery company for me
Fix my computer
Or not, if they cannot do that, compensate me so that I can get my computer fixed at a repair store
