HP complaint: CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS!!!!!!!

My complaint:

Impossible to get technical support on the phone.

Suggested solution:

Have a technician call me at 406-250-9425. My HP Laser Jet Printer just stopped printing and scanning.

Fix this problem NOW or I will NEVER buy an HP product again!
