My complaint:
We were forced to close our showroom by county ordinance due to pandemic as a non essential business in March of 2020. We signed a contract with Houzz less than one month prior. They agreeably cancelled the contract. Then one year later charged our account the full amount of the contract. Months after trying to resolve directly via letters, emails and phone calls we need help. I have an email from my assigned account manager stating our account with Houzz was cancelledclosed. We are being ignored. This is corporate bullying.
Suggested solution:
Refund the charge as services were NOT provided. They were unjustly enriched. This is illegal. I have an email from our Houzz account manager our account was cancelled.
