I bought a Copper Bath and Shower Tap from Houzz in August 2018
For £274.99
After 4 uses the handle snapped.
I have tried to contact the Customer Services Team but they nolonger sell Houzz in the UK.
Suggested solution:
Full refund of the product : £274.99
