My complaint:
WE returned a vanity and HOUZZ has not refunded us bnecause they said THEY have no record of it. The company that picked up the item did not leave a receipt and our contractor didn’t know to ask one since he assumed that all of this was taken care of on line or over the phone. HOUZZ representative told us via email that if we don’t hav ea receipt they can’t refund our money! and we can’t even get anybody on the phone.
Suggested solution:
REFUND OUR MONEY!
