Houzz complaint: Sent wrong order, no help received after waiting for 8 days

My complaint:

I had ordered bathroom vanity from Houzz. Based on the item description, I ordered one with white counter top, chrome faucets and round sinks. They sent me black countertop, nickel faucets and square sink.

I reached out immediately and have been sending email asking for help. I have called customer service for help. All they say is this:

I already sent them a return request right now. We just need them to provide us their return address and all the important notes we must have to return the item.

I’ll keep you posted for further updates.

And they have done nothing.

Never ever do business with Houzz, it is a nightmare to deal with them.

Suggested solution:

Pick up the wrong order that is sitting in my driveway and refund my money.
