My complaint:
They sent the wrong vanity. i have sent two emails and not heard back from them!
I have a vanity sitting here that is not what I ordered. My builder had to leave for another job so I had to buy one off the shelf from Home Depot!
Sending the wrong product has percussions for the customer! And I would like my money back ASAP
Suggested solution:
They should have replied to my emails. I have no idea what is happening. And I am storing a vanity I didn't order.
They need to credit my account and either pick up this vanity or tell me to donate to a local cause.
Their marketing is amazing. Their customer service awful.
