My complaint:

Worst company i have ever seen. They love giving promises that they can never keep. I registered for a BOGO round trip flight ticket to Hong Kong through Hopper, waited for 3 weeks while their automatic messaging system clearly states that they would get back to me in 48 hours… then someone from Hopper got back to me ing the flight tickets dates and price, requesting my personal information and credit card info. I responded and replied within one day, and as a normal person I would think that this was a ation that i got the tickets, otherwise why asking me for credit card info…? but then they ghosted me for 1 week, came back and told me there’s no availability for the return tickets i booked.. i was already upset about the fact that they wasted so much of my time, giving me false hope, and if there’s no availability why not letting me know earlier, as i know seats are not guaranteed. But, thats is not the worst, the worst is that they still charged me for the tickets that i didn’t get!!!!!! I complained and asked for refund, but then they started ghosting me again!! I emailed them multiple times. I panicked because there’s basically nothing i could do except praying for someone from their team to reach out to me and fix the issue…i waited for a week without any updates… finally someone got back to me and said they would issue a refund, but never told me why i was charged and never apologized for their poor service and their mistakes. The flight ticket they charged me was 1492.55 CAD and i am only refunded for 1403.39CAD because of exchage rate so i lost almost $90 CAD for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything i said above is true i swear.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, worst of the worst…

Suggested solution:

I demand a refund of $90CAD for their mistakes !! I would’nt have to pay $90 CAD for nothing!!!!!!!

Plus- Give me full explanation of why i was being charged wrongly and formal apology for their mistakes.
