My complaint:
hopper double issued my departure flight as a result the airline cancelled my original reservation. S I paid for 3 tíquets and as a result I don’t have any. 3 days of apologies from hopper but no refund and no return flight home. A loop of agents were no one has the authority to resolve.
Suggested solution:
They should re book my flight I am supposed to take tomorrow or refund all charges made to my account.
