My complaint:
I booked a flight from Catania to Barcelona for my husband and me and our infant child. When I got the ation email through it has charged me full adult price for our baby, whereas Vueling only charge 30 EUR.
I am unable to contact them to resolve this matter unless I upgrade to VIP customer services for £33…! Apparently there’s an option to contact them via email but this is not showing on my app?
Suggested solution:
By refunding me the excess they charged for the infant fare!
