My complaint:
I tried to book a room in a hotel, using hooper, when it was time to pay I choose apple wallet as form of payment but it did not work, a warning pop up in the screen saying there was an error I checked my stays and my card and it wasn’t charged so I looked for another place to book and so I did but the purchase was complete I get a email saying I booked both hotels which I would never do since I am not two people and since it was not my mistake and I ask for a refund and they are denying it
Suggested solution:
I need a refund, it is outrageous that the app tells me there’s been a error and books the hotel anyway causing me have two hotel rooms booked for the same day in the same name and losing money!
