Hopper complaint: Dispute transaction

My complaint:

i did a price freeze for airline ticket for $160 ($80 each per person). I went in to purchase my airline ticket and the $160 was no longer available. Said it expired.

Suggested solution:

refund the $160 so i can apply it to my ticket.
