My complaint:
I booked a hotel on Hopper which stated they offered 100% refund as long as you cancelled within 48 hours of the hotel stay. I cancelled way before that and they are withholding $62 for something they say is a hotel cancel for any reason charge that I NEVER ordered. They also kept offering to refund me different amounts but I never got the full refund credited back.
Suggested solution:
I am asking for the FULL refund to include the $62
