Hopper complaint: No contact, won’t cancel flight

My complaint:

I attempted to make a a booking through a credit from a previously canceled flight with Hopper. After much frustration with customer service to not honor the prices stated in their app I made the booking. The flight was ed via email and on AA’s log. However the flight never showed up in app. I then needed to cancel the flight for Covid concerns but as the flight was not in the app there was no way to contact them. I sent emails to their help, privacy, and legal addresses but no response with most coming back undeliverable. I called the numbers I found for them and none are monitored. I attempted to cancel the flight with AA but no success as booked through an agency. On top of all of this they said my credit would be valid through March 2022 and then deleted it randomly in December of 2021.

Suggested solution:

I would like the flight cancelled and credit restored.
