My complaint:
I purchased a room from the dates of December 3-11 2021. And I purchased a room with the stove described and pictured on the website. When I came to room it was not what was described. They only partially refunded me from the 3-7 and not the 7-11. They can’t pay me half and Think that’s ok. This has caused a huge headache.
Suggested solution:
Either pay for the entire trip entirely. Or take it to courts and sue.
