Hopper complaint: Difficult site to understand. I am under the impression that as the cost lowers I will get the new cost. Hopper is keeping my money to add to their carrot cash!

My complaint:

I am not getting the price of my tickets lowered as prices are going down. I was told I did not buy price freeze? They are putting some of my money in cash carrot? I want my money to go on this trip not a future trip. Can’t speak to anyone on phone. Must go through email.

Suggested solution:

Please refund ALL my money so I can get my tickets from a reputable company.
