My complaint:
Booked a room with a hot tub as advertised and ed with Hopper
Arrived at hotel, booking was for a room without a hot tub
No info to say you had to pay for parking at the hotel
Also room was advertised as ‘sound proof’ and it was not
Suggested solution:
Refund for difference between hot tib room and non hot tub room
