My complaint:
I booked a flight with Hopper in september this year and due to some change in plans I was unable to travel so I cancelled the flight well in advance of my departure date Hopper gave me a flight credit with China airlines and when I went to use the flight credit to rebook my flight to my surprise neither the airline or hopper were able to honor the flight credit on one side the airline said they don’t offer flight credits they only offer refunds.I have asked Hopper countless times to give me back my refund as I no longer want to do business with them they have been stalling with my refund for over two weeks I have made numerous calls to no avail all my calls to get my refund has been futile
Suggested solution:
they should return my refunds as soon as possible
