My complaint:
I had a return flight schedule on July 22, 2023 with JetBlue. They changed my flight till that night instead of AM. I had to get back earlier so we cancelled the flight. Jet blue has indicated to me they deposited 2 amounts back to hopper in the amount of 153.59 x 2. Now Hopper isn’t giving me my money back. This was no fault of my own.
Suggested solution:
I want hopper to give me my money back in which JetBlue gave them.
Jetblue changed the flight. I had no control of that and they did their part by refunding Hopper.
Hopper is now trying to say jetblue denied it. But as you can see thru the live chat I had with Jetblue
They gave the money back.
