Hopper complaint: hopper has false advertising and booked me on wrong flight, they will not respond to make it right.

My complaint:

I booked 2 flights on hopper that were listed as business class flights only to get a ation that I was booked on economy. The first time it happened, no one from customer service offered to do anything, so I filed for a refund. It happened again and they offered me a $700 credit. I was fine with accepting the $700 credit since I needed to buy another flight back from Europe for my husband and me. I went to book and it said only diners club cards are accepted. I paid for the other flights with my American Express, so that is convenient. I could book the flight directly with air Canada via my American express, but then I wouldn’t be able to use the $700 credit from hopper. I called them immediately to tell them about this and no one returned my phone call. Fast forward 12 hours now the flight has gone up to $1400 per person.

Suggested solution:

To make it right I will need the $700 as well as $1400person for my husband and me to book the CORRECT flight I need. I will need a refund of $3500.
