My complaint:
I tried to book a frozen flight using hopper. When I paid the flight, it tools like forever for processing. And it did not proceed. I proceeded to look for a new flight and tried to make the payment but no success again. The page says that they make a temporary hold to the account, but my bank says they actually charged the amount for both transactions.
Suggested solution:
I need a refund of the whole amount charged for both transactions because there is no ation at all
